What is your shipping policy?
    • BigHouse Card Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - if you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact USPS and file a claim (they’re pretty good about it)

    • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days before your order is shipped.

    • Currently, our international shipping is only to Canada and Mexico.

    Am I able to track my order?

    • Yes! Once your order gets processed, you will automatically receive tracking for your cards via email or text (depending which info you gave during checkout). If you have not received the tracking info a few business days after your purchase, please contact us so we can get it taken care of for you.

    What is your return/exchange policy?

    • All sales are final. However, we're not jerks either. If something is really wrong with your purchase (i.e. institution rejects the card, it arrived totally bent up), please contact us with your concern, and we'll work something out.

    What if my loved one's institution doesn't accept the card?

    • Great question! Every institution's rules are different, and let's be real, it can really just come down to who's working in the mail room that day. When creating the cards, we keep in mind what would most likely be accepted in all facilities, and what are some things that might be iffy, and not worth the risk (i.e. glitter, heavy card stock, colored envelopes). If the facility didn't accept your card, please reach out.
    • If the institution has particular rules like paper thickness, or can't have peel-n-seal envelopes, or whatever else, please reach out! Let's see if we can find a workaround.

    I have two discount codes, but the system isn't accepting both of them.

    • You're right, the website software Shopify does not allow people to combine discounts. So you'll have to use it in two separate purchases.

    How is personal information handled ?

    • We only use software that is protected and secure. Under no circumstances will any of your information shared with a third party. In the event you tag BigHouse on social media (which is awesome and thank you for!) we'd love to re-share it on our page! Prior to, we will white-out your name out before re-posting.

    Do you offer wholesale to retailers?

    • Yes! BigHouse Card Company is happy to offer wholesale opportunities for retailers! Please contact us and tell us about your company/organization. We'll send you our line sheet, order form and go from there! :)

    • **We don't do consignment.

    Do you create and design all the cards?

    • Yes and No, I do illustrate and come up with verbiage for the cards. I also have a couple partners that help illustrate and write. 
    • I currently print the cards at home, fold and package them myself, and outsource large printing orders.
    Do you do customize work?
    • We accept custom work on a case by case basis, with a minimum order of 250
